All training will be held in the Office of Environmental Health Building located at 115 W. North Street in Tahlequah. (Behind the old Hastings Hospital). 

• The class is free of charge
• There is limited space so you must pre-register. Registants who neither cancel nor attend class will forfeit the right to attend other classes.
• Class length is approximately 1 1/2 hours. 
• Food handler cards will be valid for two years from the date the test was passed.
• Lost food handler cards can be replaced by paying the duplicate card fee of $5.00.
• On-site classes can be arranged for your group or facility of 12 or more people.
